Social Companionship—The Rules

About the Service

I offer friendly, respectful, strictly non-sexual social companionship for people who have limited time or opportunities to socialize and would enjoy having someone to share an outing with.

The focus is on relaxed, enjoyable social time around Winnipeg. Depending on our interests, we might go for coffee, see a movie, have dinner at a restaurant, play pool, go bowling, visit a local attraction, or enjoy another activity around the city.

I'm interested in meeting mature, genuine people between 40 and 69 who appreciate good conversation, mutual respect, and enjoyable company.

Winnipeg Residents Only

This service is available only to people who currently live in the City of Winnipeg.

I do not accept companionship arrangements with people who are visiting Winnipeg, traveling through the city, staying here temporarily, or coming to Winnipeg from elsewhere specifically to meet me.

Simply being physically present in Winnipeg does not qualify. You must be an actual resident of Winnipeg.

This is a strictly non-sexual service. There are no sexual services, sexual activities, or sexual expectations associated with my companionship.

Getting Started

Please keep initial communication respectful and appropriate. I do not accept explicit messages, sexual requests, or inappropriate photographs.

Identity & Safety Verification

Because I am meeting people I initially know only through online communication, identity verification is mandatory before I agree to meet.
Every new client must provide: (privacy policy)
  1. A clear, unobstructed, recent portrait photograph showing your face.
  2. A clear photograph or scan of your driver's licence for identity verification.
I only require your first name, last name, age or date of birth, and photograph. All other information on your driver’s licence may and should be masked, including your residential address, driver’s licence number, signature, physical description, document numbers, and any other information that is not necessary for this verification process.
For details, please see the privacy policy

I will not accommodate anyone who is unwilling to complete this verification process. This requirement applies to everyone and is not negotiable.

The purpose of collecting this information is personal safety, accountability, and responsible screening before meeting someone in person.

I will permanently delete the driver's licence information after a successful first date, provided there is no safety or incident-related reason requiring me to retain it. I do not use the information for any purpose unrelated to identity and safety verification.

If a serious incident occurs, I reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities and provide relevant information when legally required or appropriate for personal safety.

First Meetings

For everyone's comfort and safety, initial meetings are normally arranged at public locations in Winnipeg.

Coffee shops, restaurants, movie theatres, bowling alleys, pool halls, and other public venues are ideal for getting to know each other.

The purpose of the first meeting is simply to see whether we enjoy each other's company and have compatible personalities.

Building a Connection

If we've had an enjoyable outing, feel comfortable with one another, and mutually feel that we've developed a good connection, we can discuss spending time together in a private setting.

Private companionship may take place at your home or mine, depending on mutual comfort and agreement.

Moving from public outings to a private setting is never automatic or assumed. It happens only when both people are comfortable and have established sufficient trust through previous meetings.

All companionship remains strictly non-sexual, whether we are meeting in public or in a private setting.

Respect & Personal Boundaries

If either person becomes uncomfortable, either of us is free to end the meeting.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please respect the appointment time we have agreed upon. My time is reserved specifically for each appointment, so I ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your plans change.

Appointment Deposit

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve an appointment. The appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment arrangements agreed upon when the appointment is scheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:
If you need to cancel or change your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, there is no cancellation penalty. We can simply arrange another date that works for both of us. The 15% non-refundable deposit can be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.

Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are considered same-day/late cancellations and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the agreed appointment amount.

If you need to cancel within this period because of an unexpected circumstance, please let me know as soon as possible. I will consider the circumstances when determining how the cancellation is handled.

No-show:

Failing to arrive for a confirmed appointment without providing notice is considered a no-show. No-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

I understand that unexpected situations can happen. Communication is always preferable to simply not showing up.

Important

The non-refundable deposit and cancellation policy exists solely to protect reserved time and maintain a reliable scheduling system. It is not related to, and does not imply, any sexual service.

This is a strictly non-sexual social companionship service. Sexual services, sexual activities, and requests for sexual "extras" are not offered and are not subject to negotiation.

Safety & Conduct

Please arrive sober and able to participate normally in the planned activity.

I will not proceed with a meeting if someone arrives intoxicated, impaired, threatening, aggressive, or otherwise behaves in a manner that makes me feel unsafe.

I expect the same basic consideration from every client that I provide in return: honesty, reliability, courtesy, and respect.

What Makes a Good Experience?

The goal is straightforward: good conversation, enjoyable activities, mutual respect, and pleasant company.

Whether it's coffee and conversation, dinner and a movie, a game of pool, bowling, or exploring something new around Winnipeg, social companionship should be relaxed and enjoyable for both people.

The primary focus is on public social outings and getting to know each other naturally.

If we connect well, enjoy spending time together, and establish mutual trust, additional outings or private non-sexual companionship can be discussed.
